In June 2020 I submitted two chapters of my novel-in-progress to an agent tables event hosted by Byte the Book and, unusually as I had not yet written the rest of the novel, was quickly signed by Ben Dunn of Dunn Fogg Literary Agency. I am currently finessing the final draft of my literary work of fiction, together with my agent, readying it for him to submit to publishers. (This has been all-consuming so I’ve not written any short stories in a while, although I am working on my second book.)
